2. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Because our products are custom-made and/or perishable, the following policies apply:

2.1 Cake Mixes & Icing Kits (Retail Products)
Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on edible products.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos.

2.2 Order Concerns
Any concerns regarding your order must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We reserve the right to determine appropriate resolution at our discretion. 

3. Allergen & Dietary Disclaimer

Food safety is important to us; however, all products are prepared in a shared kitchen environment.

3.1 Shared Kitchen Notice
Our kitchen regularly handles:

• Wheat (gluten)
• Dairy
• Eggs
• Soy
• Peanuts
• Tree nuts
• Sesame
• Sulphites

We are not an allergen-free or certified gluten-free facility.

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of allergens.

3.2 Severe Allergies
If you or the intended consumer has a severe or life-threatening allergy, we strongly advise against consuming our products.
By placing an order, you acknowledge:

3.3 Specialty Items
Products described as “gluten-friendly,” “dairy-free,” or similar are made in the same shared kitchen and cannot be guaranteed allergen-free.
These descriptions are for ingredient transparency only and are not medical guarantees.

3.4 Packaged Mixes & Kits
Our cake mixes and icing kits contain ingredient lists on packaging. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before use.
We cannot accept returns based on allergy concerns once the product has been purchased.
