How do I store my cupcakes?
- We use dairy and fresh ingredients in our cupcakes. No preservatives are used, so the shelf life is relatively short. Please take these steps to care for your cupcakes.
- You can freeze the cupcakes but do not refrigerate. Refrigeration dries out the cake. They can be frozen for up to a month in an airtight container.
- You can leave them out for 2-3 days on the counter at room temperature.
- Please store in a cool, dry room, away from the sunlight. Treat the cupcakes as you would butter. If it is especially hot, store them in an airtight container and refrigerate briefly until your room has cooled to room temperature.
How do I transport my bouquet?
- When travelling with your bouquet, the best place for it is on the floor. Please drive cautiously especially with the smaller bouquets. Do not put the bouquet on a car seat, it may topple over.
- Keep the a/c on in your car, especially in the warmer months. Once the cupcakes are in your possession, we are not responsible for any damage thereafter.
Are you allergy free?
- We are not a nut-free bakery. Although there are no nuts in our cupcakes (except for the peanut butter cupcakes and carrot cake), we do store nuts on the premises. If you have severe allergies, we definitely recommend that you do not purchase our products.
- We do offer gluten free cupcakes and cakes and take care to avoid cross contamination. We definitely recommend that you do not purchase our products if you have severe reactions to gluten.
Are you able to reproduce a design?
- Our buttercream designs are a creative process. Whilst we will endeavour to reproduce any requested designs and colours from the website. we cannot guarantee an exact replica.
How long in advance do I need to order?
- Please place your order as early as possible. Our lead-time can range between 2-4 weeks. We try to accommodate all our customers. It is tough to refuse orders for special occasions so to avoid disappointment book early.
Can I make changes to my order?
- At the beginning of each week, our colours and ingredients are planned and prepared. Unfortunately we cannot accept any changes to orders less than 1 week before your pick-up or delivery date.
Can you leave my order at the door?
- If your cupcakes are going to be delivered, please ensure that there will be someone at the specified address at the specified time to accept the order. We are unable to leave the cupcakes unattended and an additional delivery fee will be charged for re-delivery.
